I have wanted to keep a journal of all of the goings on in my family but each time I have started, something would distract me and *sigh* I would fail. So, with as much gumption as I can muster for today, here I go again.

It has been almost seven years since I wrote the last post and a lot has happened, too much to catch up on so I''l just start with where we are...

This year so far has been full of basketball. With all four boys playing,  it makes life exciting. Bo is on the 8th grade tournament team, Ty is on the 7th grade Boys and Girls club recreational team, and Luke and Kaid are on the 3rd/4th grade team with Ned being their coach. Kaid is still in 2nd grade but because Ned is the coach, he gets to play with the older boys. I hope that he will learn to love it!
I love watch how each one my boys grow and get better at working with their team. Sports is a great avenue for life experience, working well with others, sharing, and tolerating.

So, that's it for now. I will be back to continue my journal keeping adventure tomorrow.

The beginning

I have decided to start a blog for our blessed family. Ned and I will almost be married for nine years in September. We have four cool little boys that bring lots of different experiences into our lives. School is about ready to start and I will have two going all day. I am old.
